This policy explains what personal data NelsonelTech Solutions Limited collects through this website, why we collect it, how we look after it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only; work we carry out for clients is governed by the agreement signed for that engagement.

We collect only what we need to answer you and to keep the site working:
We do not ask for payment card details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We use it to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation or proposal you have asked for, to deliver and support services you have engaged us for, to keep our website secure and free of spam, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 we rely on your consent when you submit the contact form, on the performance of a contract when we are delivering work to you, on our legitimate interest in protecting the website from abuse, and on legal obligation where the law requires us to retain records.
This website uses cookies to keep your session secure and to remember your preferences. Some features are provided by third parties who may receive technical data such as your IP address, including our live chat provider, our website accessibility tool, and Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on this site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then behave differently.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our hosting provider and email provider, and only so far as they need it to perform that service; and where we are required to do so by law or to establish or defend a legal claim. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and to maintain a record of our dealings with you, after which they are deleted. Records connected to a contract or required for tax and accounting are kept for the period the law requires. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then removed.

Traffic to this website is encrypted in transit, systems are patched and monitored, and we design the software we build with security in mind. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take these obligations seriously and will notify you and the relevant authority of a breach where the law requires it.
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, object to how we are using it, ask us to restrict its use, or withdraw consent you previously gave. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner in Kenya.
